Shipping Policy

Shipping

In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are M - F and exclude United States federal holidays. Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. We usually ship via USPS or UPS.

When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number so you can know when it's coming.

If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, e-mail us at sales@kingdomandwill.com and we will get you an answer as soon as we can.

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows an item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly and follow their procedures for reporting lost packages. Please understand that Kingdom & Will has no control over and is not responsible for your package once we give it to USPS or UPS, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery of your package.
